Born on June 6, 1981, he holds Iraqi nationality and is proficient in Arabic, English, and Malay. Dr. Mohammed Al-Obaydee's academic journey began with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Technology in 2004, followed by a Master’s degree in Computer Science from High Academia for Science and Human Science in 2007. He earned his Ph.D. in Information Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) in 2016. Dr. Mohammed Al-Obaydee has been actively involved in academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at Taylor’s University Lakeside Campus since August 2022, where he supervises master students and lectures on subjects such as Machine Learning, Parallel Computing, Data Analytics, and Data Engineering. His previous teaching roles include positions at KICT/IIUM and Philadelphia University Jordan, where he taught advanced topics like Advanced Data Structure with C++ and Program Analysis Techniques.
